For anyone planning to travel from Ireland to the UK gigs on Friday 25th November, I'm not sure how this will affect those of use leaving the country but some reports here are suggesting that the airports might even have to close....

:( Hopefully people won't be delayed. Am travelling from Derry to Liverpool so worrying about fog, rain, snow etc etc :wink:

From what I've been able to glean from the reports it may depend which airline and terminal is involved. The Gardai are based in Terminal 2 whereas Civilian personnel operate immigration controls in Terminal 1. Thus Terminal 2 will be affected. Ryanair fly from Terminal 1. I'm booked with and Aer Lingus and they fly from Terminal 2.
