Rogue One

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Saw it in 3D today and it rocked. Very pleasantly surprised.

*SPOILER* As I purposedly steered away from any reviews...seeing Peter C. appear all of a sudden was an unexpected yet wonderful surprise. :D

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Mr. Cushing was a pleasant surprise; the film itself was better than I had any right to expect...

Wait, what? Peter Capaldi's in it? Please please please tell me it's the Malcolm Tucker incarnation, there's a great big shit all over my childhood that I could bear watching.

Just back from seeing Rogue One.
Disappointed, not a patch on the last one.
Kept waiting for this Darth Vadar scene, what a let down.
5/10 at best.

It's really only a harmless word play joke specifically directed to PIB, that's all :)

On the subject of Rogue One my son and his pals saw it yesterday and absolutely loved it although one got violently ill and they had to leave, so they have to go back again to see how it ends.

Sorry, I don't understand jokes very often :)

On the subject of Rogue One, saw it today and loved it. Better than The Force awakens I thought. Yes there where problems but for me it was the best Star Wars movie since Empire Strikes Back.

I cared about the characters and didn't like seeing them die.

I thought they did him really well, but shouldn't have spent so much time on close ups as he started looking a wee bit too creepy after about the third close up. Especially when you know he's been dead for ages. Would love to know how they did his voice.
The Leia effect was brief enough to be a lot less creepy.
Still all very clever though. :)
Cheers.
