Today I have been mostly...

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Had a nice chat to a friend. Had my eyebrows waxed then off for a swim at the spa I'm a member of. Off to work at the national Trust shop. Now reading HL and I have a chuckle! :P

You do realise that the National Trust expect you to take the kids home again afterwards, or was that just where me and the former Ms Swinnow went wrong?

I can think of worse things than being locked in an NT shop. A jar of honey, a picnic rug and a book on sundials and I'd be set for the night.

Pigs with guns - purely security theatre.

I'm not an expert, but if I was building a suicide bomb, I'd have it on a dead man's switch so that if I was shot it would go off.
