I've just seen Kate's fiance's post on Facebook.
Kate passed away last night. I don't know any more than that.
I saw her last at The Smurphs only a couple of weeks ago. She was very happy and really enjoyed herself. She'd just come back here too.
Devastated.
She had been ill a lot since she was hit by a car a couple of years ago and was in and out of hospital on a regular basis for infections and the like.
Kate was a one off.

I remember her from years ago; although we never personally interacted much she always seemed one of the decent ones. RIP.
