Bauhaus / Peter Murphy Nalen

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Some gossip about a concert gone wrong with Petey in Stockholm couple of days ago...

"Security at the venue Nalen in the Swedish capital had to wrestle down the 61-year-old singer, on a jubilee tour with his gothic rock band that turns 40 this year, as he went berserk on stage, crashing a lamp as well as attacking fans and venue staff with with different items. The incident has been reported to the police."

I was about to ask whether he'd been at the Ambien, but...like the old ad used to ask, "Is it live, or is it Memorex?", perhaps in Mr. Murphy's case the question might be "Was it meth, or was it meths?"

He is in Athens atm concert is about to end
this photo is from yesterday at airport ---> https://scontent.fath4-2.fna.fbcdn.net/ ... e=5CA00656 posted in fb event of the concert

First reports say about awful sound but that has nothing to do with the band but with the place ( an athletic closed stadium for tae kwon do and such ) with not so good accoustic on its own :bat:

*Edit-
And a vid stream from the concert, voice sounds at good condition but ...

Here's a video of him calling someone (probably one of the security guards) "a f**king Swedish c**t" and the aftermath of that kind of talk to a guard here...

I was at his gig in Wroclaw, sound mix was awful thus crowd wasn't pleased and much involved, but Peter seems to didn't know/care about that. Band perforamcne was good, PM voice - top form (i had comparsion, 'cause i saw him ten years earlier). He made harsh comments about light. And I read that they don't have their own soundman, so they have to relay on local ones.

And to this case: it's pitty to see 61 old guy who's so easily let be driven by his temper. There was video from Stockholm showing PM throwing plastic (?)botles into crowd/sound desk, and other when he was returning on stage making comment about crowd at bar. Plus this video from outside of venue ...
