Happy Birthday

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

On the remote chance that Andrew is reading this, happy birthday ;D

Happy birthday to the grumpy wee man! :notworthy:
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

FWIW, the patterns are out there. My friend made me a set of drinks coasters with these cross-stitch designs in them (and yes, they rock. Very very hard. I'd post pics but my Thornton Pickard is in for repairs just now).

Ahhh-ha! So that's where those coasters went to!
They were kind enough to send me a photo to show what they had done. (well, unless there happens to be someone else who made coasters too, but i doubt it  ) If it is you, i'm so happy they went to a tea aficionado such as yourself. :D

If the person was a delightful young librarian in Brooklyn then it was almost certainly me. They are f**king ace - when I saw your pictures I wondered if you'd done the designs, I think it's a bit flippin' groovy that the world is this small :D

Indeed it is a small world and that has made my day to find out that they ended up back in our little community! :D
