i have long been of the opinion that your birthday doesnt end until you go to sleep -however long after the actual date that is. so by the same token, having been awake since thursday my birthday has included both those sisters gigs and all the exquisite socialising, celebrating and tribal gathering our extended, dysfunctional (yet functioning!) family wove around them. so to all of you involved in the enormous pleasure that gave me -especially the fabulously loving and generous HLer who bought me both tickets as a birthday present -regardless of bering unable to attend herself:
