Re-re-run of currently watching

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I thought the Never Ending Story sequence was hilarious & Priah Ferguson was a total star.
Cheers.

Fcuking loved every minute. I didn't realise how invested I had got with the characters & it got really very dusty here.
Cheers.

"The dead don't die" one of the worst movie i've ever seen in cinema. It's supposed to be pastiche of all zombie, and some reflections on our consumerism, but we got,as I called it - note for any journalists- post-ironic movie, an irony and sarcasm of hipster irony. But we got dull, boring movie. I did catch all refferences i did catch and like somehow jokes and mockery, but I couldn't buy it. The best was Bill Murray, Tilda Swinton, well whole crew, and breaking of 4th wall.

Yes, I did. I liked his movies so much that many moons ago (around Broken Flowers) I went to film marathon of his. It's his style, yet I couldn't buy it.

I need to see it anyway. Weirdly it will not show until 30th of August here in Sweden. Luckily I'm going to Prague in a couple of days...guess I'll have to see it there!

Saw it today in a small and cozy cinema in Prague. Loved the first half. Last third was not bad but a bit stiff/boring. Was laughing through most of the film. 7,5/10.

Now don't get me wrong, I did quite enjoy it... but:

Homelander is Watchmen's Ozymandias with the serial number filed off. And Vought/Veidt is a bit close for comfort. And the less said about Karl Urban's accent the better.

I'm about half-way through the season currently available on Netflix, and I don't think I'll watch anymore - it's just more of the same crap: great, we've got food...oh crap, some bad people want to take the food...great, we've found some allies to protect our food...bad guys bested. The peasants rejoice. I've lost any empathy I had for the characters, the days I really couldn't care less.

ok late to the party but i havent the patience after GoT to wait whole years betwen seasons so this way i get to binge 5 years in a week or 2.
halfway thru S02 now and its very good. soundtrack is excellent and once the appalling Brum accent had stopped grating quite so much i'm loving it.

The best TV series i've seen all year! 8) I've binged all 6 Episodes (I wish there'd been more) of Season One 4 times in the last 5 days :D I really can't recommend this enough!

Just went back from watching Joker
It's intense, it's serious. It shows Wayne's story from the other side. It asks questions. I gives some answers to.
It's close to what I've read about serial murderes and their mental issues.
And Joaquin should get Oscar nomination, at least.
