Thought you might.
But didn't want to seem presumptuous

Or is it my phone?
I get no articles...
Also seems The Sisters are the only band playing according to the website
So long as the Sisters play a legendary 3 hour set it'll be fine.Pista wrote:Same here.Erudite wrote:I take it the tickets aren't on sale yet?

It's at the castle? Wow, nice! Though the details are vague I do remember loving a mooch around there whilst on holiday in 1990. 30 years too early, darn it. Beautiful island, what a place to see the band playiesus wrote:Calm Down people

Hello and welcome to the forum
Actually i had an idea how this could happen during a pandemic.
If you know the place, Chania there is a delightful medieval harbor that has the old city build around it. Ofc the way am thinking it is hard to have tickets involved
A big platform at the middle of the port and people attend standing around the docks
They can have social distancing between them and attend the concert without fear
Thing is who pays the band and the expenses

Umm..there's a rumour going on on IG at the moment of the festival will be rescheduled to 2021. No statement from official side at the moment..
I don't know if you were wrong, but I fail to see the point of being right.
Open the borders they say...

Hope they manage to hold this and stop there
A short explain to the story.
A 20yo Swedish working for a telecommunication company went to Chania. Did his job met a hell lot of people. Went around town and met more people.
At Wednsday morning went to the Chania hospital not feeling good. First test for covid positive... Second test just announced also positive...
And now Run Lola Run
According to local sources he was positive working in town a hell lot of days spreading the disease
Damn damn damn

There are some news about rebooting concerts in Greece.
Government put up some rules and announced start day for concerts at 15 of July.
Rules are:
- No standings, only seats
- One seat free every two persons (max 75% of capacity)
- Mandatory use of a mask at the entrance and exit (crowd)
- Mandatory use of a mask for workers
- Mandatory taxithesia
And now we expect to hear news from organizers of Chania Rock festival now that we know the rules
I 'll keep an eye and inform with every news about that in here

Sounds to me like the actual rules for gigs in the Netherlands they've made..

sorry for my use of rarely used greek words in other languages
taxithesia is when a venue worker take you from entry and get you to your seat
