hello fellas, i was wondering if anyone knew where this is from?

uhh i tried looking up and no luck... figure it's from the 2000s cuz :von:'s voice sounds a lot less umm.. grumbly but i'm not sure which concert or anything.
the user seems to be almost exclusively in the business of uploading ultravox material but they've had a few sisters videos.. hmm
sorry if this is a dumb or redundant question, i'm not on here too often so i'm not sure if this has been talked about before or even if it's legit hooo... :cry:

The uploader has something of a habit of posting and reposting this stuff, and deleting comments advising people that it's not the Sisters.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.
