Best Quality Live Video Vision Thing Era???

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Hi Groovers

I've just been searching for a decent quality gig video from the Vision Thing era but can only find shaky, blurred footage, though Reading 1991 isn't too dreadful. Is there anything better than that one?

Many thanks :D

I like the Miami and New York '91 videos. I think they're both on YouTube.

Well, it's not exactly a live video, but I like this fan-produced video made for Temple of Love (extended)

and of course this one featuring Crash & Burn ... :) ...

Yup, Wembley 90, Gent / Amsterdam / NYC / Miami 91 are all excellent (or as good as it gets in the shared realm) videos as you can wish to watch. Pascal's compilations are always a pleasure to watch. Frankly it always blows my mind imagining how folk even managed to film the shows at all in these times, in terms of required hardware and moreso required capability to film them without being busted / cost of insurance from being busted. Each and every one a hero.

I just wish there was a 'Wake' quality update every decade.
