Firstly apologies if this is the wrong place to put this but... I currently organising all my files and I have Hamburg 2016 here in a set of files called
Ready HH.7z.001
Ready HH.7z.002
Ready HH.7z.003
Ready HH.7z.004
Ready HH.exe
Ive tried running it through various extraction and unextraction programmes on mac but it always gives errors
Any of you who are learned in computers know how to do this?

Looks like compressed files, so first unzip ... with 7zip basically ...
https://www.7-zip.org/ ...unfortunately, this works only with Windows, there are, AFAIK. according programmes in the Apple Store to unpack 7zip files.
Don't know which of them you've tried already, though ...

What unpacking software did you try?
I always use the unarchiver but sometimes, with stubborn volumes, I use keka which seems to do the trick.
