Not longer than an hour for the doors to open now ... ...
Few tickets might still be available at the box office, which should be open from 6pm to 10pm.
Hell, that's been a pretty wonderful tour, which should end in a glorious finale celebrated with utmost pleasure, fun and love ... ...
Loads of joy, everybody over there ... ...
Wishing you a top nite out, Husek ... ...

Already in the line, hopefully they open the doors before 7, pretty much everyone in this line, including me, is heavily underdressed

I got a couple of videos, couldn't shoot much as my phone battery was limited and I had to somehow find my way back home, aside from that trying to shoot some videos myself brought me a newly found appreciation for bootleggers, recording is hard af, and you essentially sacrifice your own experience
Merch stand pretty standard, nothing new - - they did have the stickers tho, which seems to be missing in a couple of dates.
As for the show, the venue doesn't have the best acoustics imho, but not a deal breaker.
Von vocals were a lot better than last year, and Ben didn't have to sing the set himself.
There were songs were his vocals were loud and pristine, some other songs they were buried in the mix.
I'm afraid the girls have a problem with sound engineering and not with his voice tbh.
I saw the guitar tech setting up a white telecaster which I think it's Chris's, I found it weird, and sure enough during Dominions solo, 3 notes away from finishing it ben's firebird malfunctioned and he used the tele for the rest of the gig.
As reported bass is absolutely loud in this tour so no need to have kai doubling the bass with chugs on all tracks, which does free up some sonic headspace and space for vons voice.
Kai is definitely a great addition to the band.
I'm still not convinced of his new parts on Geneviève or I will call you, it just got too busy.
Quantum is a powerful song, even better live.
I think when I'm on fire takes the cake for me, I always thought this was a cool song, but no recording make justice to this song.
I got Kai's pick and met Chris after the gig, lovely lad as always.
It's probably my second favourite sisters gig, setlist was good but you can't beat the girls in 2011 opening with kiss the carpet
Oh and blaqk Audio, oof what an act, they were so good that I now think my ticket was too cheap, can't believe I got to see two artists of this calibre for the price of one

After twenty years of Sisters fandom, this was my very first gig, and I'm pleased to say I found it excellent on the whole. Sometimes Von was quite audible, other times not so much.
The band being what it is, it's hard to always pay attention, so I only discovered the existence of Quantum Baby the night before last. I was really getting into it when the poor man in front of me suffered either a minor stroke or a seizure of some kind. A moment of panic, but he was escorted over the rails safe and sound. Even gave the audience a pair of devil horns to show he was okay, to cheers.
Kai is a wonder!
Extremely happy right now. All I could have asked for was Crash and Burn or some other nineties tunes, but I'm more than happy. If this is the only time I ever get to see them, few complaints.

excellent videos, nice last gig it seems. great tour indeed. Kai really adds good vibes, vocal bits are fantastic, and backing vocals overall well balanced. so, looking forward to the next one to arrive
love is just a shot away
This was by far the best Toronto show since 1999, it really was that good. My personal standouts were Quantum Baby and When I’m On Fire, with the latter in particular being just simply phenomenal. I have to confess that a few years ago I thought the best days of this band were long behind us but life is full of surprises. This band is on fire and I want more.
Von was in great mood, dancing and whatnot, only skipped 1 bar of 1 song (Alice).
Somebody did scream 'release an album already', to which he answered by getting his face off the microphone and saying 'f**k off'.
Here's the elusive pre-intro aka the soundcheck tune from 2016:

Intro Jeep Det

A fragment of summer

Suzanne (half song)

I completely forgot to mention, someone at one point yelled "New Album!!" Von stuck his head past the mic, tilted his head, screwed up his face and I swear he mouthed a silent mocking "nyew album new album, myeh myeh myeh meh myeh" sentence. It was great.
