Well - it really depends on what you're after. I once bought something from J @ the Happening. Neat price for neat gig. I've thought about doing it myself (the remasters I sometimes do) just to undercut the the people who are selling things at a high price (would put them up for a fiver or something). But I'm really apprehesive about it. Prefer the weeding principle and really don't want it to become merchandise of some sort. Doesn't the starting price become irrelevant if you get two people in a bidding war? To give a more detailed answer to this (as I've been thinking about it over the weekend). It really isn't about racking a lot of money in but to undercut those who do. Hence the buy now option.
