Funny story attached to that photo.

I was waiting at the bar last WendyHouse when a woman comes up to me and starts chatting about wanting to do some film about older goths. Then her husband comes over and starts chatting. Husband says "I'm James, I was in a band years ago called Salvation but before they really got started". Me is all "Wow!!! Me went to lots of Salvation gigs years ago"

I then go to my friend Jane and tell her that I've just been talking to James who used to be in Salvation (coz she knows Danny) and she says "yeah, that's Danny there" - who just happens to be standing right next to her. Me is all "Wow!! Didn't recognise you with your hair cut. I've just been talking to one of your old mates, James". Danny says "James? I've not seen him in years" So me being good tells him what he's wearing (silver suit stands out amongst the black) and off he tootles for a renuion, but not before I ask for his photo :D


Oh, and I'm the crimped one with the really really tall boyfriend. Was standing at the bar near the DJ bit at Heartland for most of the night.

Not seen James since around 1986 :eek: . He wasn't in Salvation for very long then they got Richard in on bass.

That photo is Danny to a tee , stood with an empty glass waiting for someone to say " ooh ...Salvation , I remember them ....can I buy you a drink ?" :D
