I always enjoyed Funhouse and their version of B+S is no worse than the original, but not as good as their brilliant cover of Depeche Mode's
Never Let Me Down Again which still sounds great today :

Actually i like the idea of "Heartland" played as acoustic cover that KTAOABC provide in this tube vid.
And it could be much better if this was been done under
. Eldritch's voice could send that song to another dimension in acoustic performance

I think we've had this discussion on HL before. I want to say it's a reference to witchcraft or the like. Not that it improves in that light, mind you.

apart from the fact the Eldritch's voice has always send that song to another dimension in acoustic performance.

I'm not too fond of their name either, but it is a well respected alternative band from Belgium and I can only recommend their last album 'weltuntergangsstimmung'.

It starts out promising enough, since it sounds like the 1993 re-do. But the vocals had too many Andrew Eldritch corn-flakes for breakfast.
Also: it distinctly sounds like he says "Alice at her party dress..."
