oh yeah. hihihi. we played Cop Killer in our car in LA to annoy the cops next to us (we didnt know that it was SUCH an issue over there).
Then we had to get all girly and innocent. We pretended to not understand the lyrics and got away with it. But how pissed they were.
You're f**king MENTAL

I love that one!
Crap sleeves for me are -
Floodland (disembodied heads I mean WTF?
)
Should The World Fail To Fall Apart by The Murph. Looks like someone's just vomited on the cover... which is quite apt really, since the album sounds like he's eaten some Eno, Talking Heads, Shriekback and Pere Ubu and just spewed it out...
DAF - Alles Ist Gut. One of my favourite albums, but the cover is... well. In a way it's so-bad-it's-good.
Switchblade Symphony - Bread and Jam for Frances. All their album covers were dodgy photoshoppy cheapo nonsense, in keeping with the theme of Cleopatra records in general really.

So wrong it's good indeed. As is all their artwork
(not to mention some of their songs)

I've always found this one shockingly bad in a "70s prog icon attempts to go 80's rock" way.

I
love the first albums' covers. Next thing you'll be saying that Talk Talk didn't have nice covers.

"So what's the new LP called?"
"Vision Thing"
"And what's on the cover?"
"Well, I thought we might put an
eye on it, cos it's, like, a
thing that you, you know, use for
vision..."
Okayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
Edit: this one's in the "so bad it's good" category.

Vision Thing - agreed, pish record, pish cover, IMO of course.
Alien Sex Fiend - Wrong, everything they've
ever done is the best.......the finest.........the greatest.........the very bestist, including the Album Covers
