Well, the whole melodic movement and chords transition is essentially a Bond theme, this is Confide in Me meets Secret agent man.
I think this idea has been hovering their heads for a while now, their cover of Confide in Me shows that Von has a taste for this kind of tune, and Kylie herself said that Confide in Me was written as a bond-theme-inspired song.
Aside from that, back in 2009/2010 Chris presented a song to Von called 'I will call you' because they were looking for a bond-theme tune.

This 'I will call you' has NOTHING to do with the song with the same name currently being played by the sisters, the song Chris presented was rejected and he later on recorded with the Eureka Machines:

I can't imagine the Sisters playing Chris' "I'll Call You" in a million years. About 12 chords too many.
