Haven't seen your piccy Angel, is it in the Gallery?
Just was nice of you to like a Lemmy-a-like (sans facial warts, I may add) why does Gawd place us like minded peeps so far apart?

Yes indeed it is.I was 18 on the photo but everyone I know says I don't look much different now.
Lemmy is cool
I've seen your piccie on the gallery and you look pretty cool too. Nice strides!
I've found it's always the way that the folks who you get on with so well are usually away away....Grrrr

I think this is where we fall out Angel - when I see the word Durham, Roger Whittaker springs to mind!!!
Not my fault, honest! The 70s were hell

Roger Whittaker UGH.
Tis unfortunate I live here(well I actually live in a little village just outside of D.......)but we all have our crosses to bear.
The 70's weren't all bad tho...Led Zep, Pink Floyd, TRex etc etc.
You were so lucky to be there

Usually I wear slobgoth(tm) attire, consisting mainly of a variety of black jeans and t-shirts accessorized with various bits of silver jewelry and silly trinkets. If there's a show or something, though, I tend to go all-out with the PVC bits, big boots, and heavy makeup. W00tw00t!!! I'll be a !@#$% goth until I'm *80*, if I live that long... Ahahahaha!!!![]()

I am right with YOU on this one Kiddo

I totally agree with the Everyday/Special Nite Out "look" - I dont have 20+ Sisters T-Shirts (and other "Goff" bands too!) for no reason!
Plus - Leather Trousers / Jackets will never go out of fashion (or is that anti-fashion!)
I used to have hair akin to QB

Also I am known as "Andy The Goth" to BE anything else - at least in Their eyes!

Option 1 for me I'm afraid. I still sometimes wear my black leather jacket with this painted on the back:

I tried stopping dying my hair black, but the grey is just too embarrasing!
At least I haven't got "more face to wash" as the saying goes. (Yet...)
But I have never drawn cobwebs on my face

Heh, I once lived in a little village just outside Durham, too. Ushaw Moor. If you know the area, you'll know that was a cross to bear, too. Think 'pit village after pit closure'. My excuse was I was a student and it was VERY cheap. The landlord was almost paying us to live there, and some months forgot to cash our rent cheques at all. The house (over said pit?) had such bad subsidence that it was hard to use a frying-pan. But I tell you what, we were lucky then! It also meant I had money to spend on dodgy gothesque jewellery in Durham indoor market. Nice.Angelchild wrote:Roger Whittaker UGH.

I used to have my Jacket painted with the Body And Soul cover. Unfortunately due to cheap "off the market" quality of said jacket it started to fall apart after a couple of years of wearing it. Finally retired it 3 years after that. I pulled it out of the cupboard a couple of weeks ago for the first time in 7 or 8 years. Couldn't believe I used to wear something that tacky. I used to wonder why they called security in pretty much every shop me and my mates used to go into. It has now been perminately retired to the garbage. *sigh* end of an era...markfiend wrote:Option 1 for me I'm afraid. I still sometimes wear my black leather jacket with this painted on the back:

Oh and I only did the makeup thing once. I was drunk. There are pictures. Luckily my friend is more embarrassed about being in the same pictures so they are hidden far far away!
