I'm allright. Kind of. Thanks.

There's still no official list of victims, and I am expecting that. We'll see.
Hospitals are flooded, and the country has stopped.

I really don't know what to say.

"wearing badges is not enough in days like these"...

ETA are terrorist scum, but please reserve any further judgement in this case until all the facts are known...

That's what I heard on the news radio on my way home.

I work in Washington DC and I was at my office on 9/11. It's a horrible memory.... coming home midday, being so damn afraid, and seeing the smoke billowing from the pentagon.

So I know full well what Spain is going through. I can only say I am so very very sorry. and send hugs and prayers to Spaniards.

Irrespective of who is responsible I condone all terrorism. I grew up with it. That was enough. No more. :von:

Bad and fanatical people exist, what can I say.
My thoughts (and if it's allowed) prayers go out to Madrid and it's people.

A very black, pointless and selfish act.

I'm watching the news for the first time now. Whether my avatar says ETA No, IRA No, Al Qaeda No, it's all the same. There's no justifiable excuse for targetting innocent human life for a 'cause' the victims are not even aware of. Or care about. Why the hell should they?

Angry, sad. Angry, sad. It's a small world and it smells very bad. :von:

The official hypothesis is still ETA. Misinformation is a nice trick of them. They have been trying something huge for a long time, and they may have succeeded this time.

The possibility that it was AlQaeda, however, is also a claer one. A van was found containing detonators and a teaching tape with some Koran lines. Then there has been this letter sent to the paper "Al Quds Al Arabi", suppossedly writen by someone close to Bin Laden, that says we had been warned... But it hasn't been proved yet.

I don't know which one I fear most.

In any case, the avatar stays. Thanks Jonnhy and Steve for the support.

And Badges CAN do something. They keep the people aware that there is a problem, that ETA is here and they're killing people, even if it wasn't them this time. When you don't talk about something for a while, it tends to become less important.
