All traditional greetings to nearly all of you.
(however I try I can't do goodwill to just everyone...)

My wish to you all is that Santa brings you nice stuff, that you have plenty to eat and drink, that your bed is warm and your heart is full but my friend sent me this, which many of you may have already read somewhere or other, I just couldn't resist it ...
Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit, my best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low stress, non-addictive, gender neutral celebration of the winter solstice holiday, practiced within the most enjoyable traditions of the religious persuasion of your choice, or the secular practices of your choice, with respect for the religious or secular persuasions and/or' traditions of others, or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all.
May you have a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted calendar year 2005, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped to make United Kingdom (not to imply that the United Kingdom is necessarily greater than any other country) and without regard to the race, creed, color, age, physical ability, religious faith, political belief, choice of computer platform or sexual preference of the wishee.
By accepting this greeting you are accepting these terms. This greeting is subject to clarification or withdrawal. It is freely transferable with no alteration to the original greeting. It implies no promise by the wisher to actually implement any of the wishes for herself or himself or others, is void where prohibited by law and is revocable at the sole discretion of the wisher. This wish is warranted to perform as expected within the usual application of good tidings for a period of one year, or until the issuance of a subsequent holiday greeting, whichever comes first, and the warranty is limited to replacement of this wish or issuance of a new wish at the sole discretion of the wisher.

Yo ho and-a-f**king-ho to you all. Fingers crossed for the snow!
But remember:
Don't eat too much - it doesn't help with the consumptive cheekbones look. And you can't work a poet shirt without looking like a giant meringue.
Don't drink too much - If you puke, your painstakingly applied lipstick and powder will be ruined.
And for god's sake, don't be too merry. We're Sisters fans, don't forget! Don't want to give the impression we're "having a great time" or anything awful like that!
Seriously, though, I think we should just pause for a moment and remember why it is we are celebrating at all...

Well I don't know about you but I'm sold. Scrap the pressies, mum, and let's give our delicious turkey to people more needy than ourselves....

Indeed, Merry christmas to you all and anyone surfing on here tomorrow will be shot. In Buxy's immortal words from last year; "Log off and go and wish a Merry Christmas to some
real people ..."
