I find that the best eBay tactics when buying is to watch and wait until about 30 minutes before the end of auction before bidding.

30 seconds definetely, every time i made a bid 10min earlier either i ended up paying a lot more or lost the item...

got 3 of them here.. a silver chrome, a black chrome and a sterling silver one, all original.. any interest?
