nah, not specifically, but GB did support new model army a while ago and von & justin are bezzie mates... also, i think chris will probably have played alongside GB during one or more of his various incarnations (scaramanga 6, robochrist, ginger, etc etc) so he would be aware of them too.

i've seen john robb at every sisters gig i've been to in manc for the last 10 years :lol: (not to mention every other half decent gig)

Oh well thats a good reason to leave the pub early.

It's a pity we've already got tickets as some of my mates in Kettering are on "really good" terms with Goldblade and we might have got, what's know in the business, as a "Quiffy".... :lol: :lol:

yep, this has now been confirmed.

goldblade can't advertise it themselves as they are playing their own gig in leeds few days before, but yep. it's true.

(as if having it printed on the ticket wasn't proof enough :lol:)

I went by the academy on Saturday, bought my outback card for 25% discount madness.

Anyhoo after the usual vodka binge of Saturday night I dreamt I was at the venue to see The Sissies. Thing is :von: (looking somewhat floodlandish) threw a pool cue in my general direction and then had me thrown out.

I booked my train tickets yesterday,from Worksop(North Nottinghamshire) to Leeds via Sheffield,an "anytime" return was £18.20 which was less than I was expecting tbh.
