Can you tell how saddened I am by that? Can you feel the pain and distress in my voice? I'm more "gutted" about missing that T-Shirt than Paddy is about f**king Sunday up.

Helen has a cold as well so you can probably blame her! I don't but I do have a bad dose of the trots I think 3 days of cider, fried breakfasts, burgers and biscuits is probably to blame, but I'd quite happily do it all over again!!!

Sunday didn't f**k up - it was a top night out and fun was had by all.

No not at all Francis, it was a very long drive down (my fault ) and drinking on an empty stomach is never a good idea. I was very happy to wake up and see a friendly face, as it's usually been the local psycho bouncer as I get "escorted" from the premises.

I'll have the minibar well stocked and ready for the next time!
