Have it with Parmezan (fresh, obviously) flakes, a bit of ruccula, sprinkle it with a bit of (proper first pressing) olive oil, a bit of lemon, grind some pepper over it, roll it and… Food heaven, mmmm

Half a ton of coriander has just been launched into the Beef Balti I'm cooking for tea. The other half got scoffed during the prep.

I think you must be confusing it with .....er.....soap.
Does your coriander look like some sort of green leafy plant type thing, or does it, in fact, resemble a small oval/ rectangular block that you usually find in the bathroom?
