seven (such a very pitiful amount yet i wouldn't swap them for anything):
wembley 2nd night 1990
reading 1991
(followed by a decade of living on the road when -from '93 onwards- i was painfully unaware of the band's live existence)
nottingham 2001
leeds (2nd night) 2003
leeds 2006
norwich 2006
nottingham 2006

each and every gig was FUCKING BRILLIANT!. :von:

27.06.92 Birmingham NEC - possibly best Sisters gig ever
21.12.93 Birmingham NEC - poor, tired Sisters at the end of a tour
28.03.97 Birmingham NEC - cancelled
03.09.00 Nottingham Rock City - pretty good but not amazing
18.02.01 Nottingham Rock City - better than the last time they played Nottingham
22.02.01 London Astoria - stonking
23.02.01 London Astoria - I didn't know I loved you til I saw you rock'n'roll
18.04.03 London Forum - average
19.04.03 London Forum - gonzoid amphetamine filth in full effect
02.05.06 London Astoria - possibly worst Sisters show of all time
08.05.06 Nottingham Rock City - tighter than a Nun's mimsy
09.05.06 Glasgow ABC - bad security, great band

I thought the 2006 was the better of the 2 - the 2003 is one of the worst I've ever seen.. Guess it all depends on where you are watching from :?

Absolutely - I thought 03 was bloody ace. How much of that had to do with it coming after a weekend in town is debatable. However, everyone in our group loved it, and simillarly the same folk present at Leeds 06 thought it sucked a big one. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, or something. ;D

 You were in the U.S. last year and you didn't stop by Chicago? WTF? :P
I had booked my flight to the UK more than half a year before Feb 12 because I was sure there would be the anniversary gig... somewhere in England. I was quite p!ssed off when I knew that Las Vegas (about what they announced meanwhile) means really Las Vegas
Fortunately I managed to get tickets from London to Las Vegas and back but my flight from London started before Chicago etc. :(
By the way, I had to buy my American flight tickets before I got American visa because their delay - so I was in a quite "interesting" situation in the meantime...

This is why you don't believe what people who "know more" know, and realise that the announced tour date is not a hidden message or lyric to be dissected, it really is a venue.

But at least you won't be doing that again. ;)

this is where you're wrong you see. 'we' knew about celebrity plane crash over a week in advance 'we' spread the word to people 'we' thought should know

the silver bullet tour was due to start in the UK but the 'band' didn't get together in time, so they decided the American's would just be glad to see the sisters, even if they were crap [and still rehearsing as they went] the venue was booked in york, it just never happened is all :P

me, too many times, never learn, never sober [which helps]

manc 97 was a stormer
