There is also a gem of a cover...
have you ever imagined how Temple of Love could be if it was written for a Reggae band??

That was pretty terrible. I think a lot of TSOM songs suit themselves for country music quite well. But that band was awful.

Will I Dream? for example, or

not "awful" - for that sounds like at least somewhat interesting ... they just didn't come up to the song ...
nonetheless ... other country bands might do way better if they gave themselves a try ...

Below par attempt to give a Johnny Cash type twist to the song. Now for the Mish Butterfly on a Wheel (Hoedown C&W Version) that is a different matter...

Maybe no one would agree with me, but
Cradle of filth - No time to cry sounds especially great for me. Though I do not adore CoF too much.
Lambchop's version of This Corrosion also very good. And Lucretia by Kreator. Really prefer covers made in different genres to the original ones. But not Scooter, for sure

I stumbled across this one during some recent research. It's a Psytrance remix / cover of Temple of Love...

I agree. It's mostly the vocals that are killing a song.

Just sumbled across this one on Youtube:

Dan Swanö covering Lucretia
The synth are a little strange, the guitars hard, good and clear, the vocals decent. File under good.
