If you want a real crap album cover- to compliment a true crap record- you need look no further than the disturbing kiddie porn put out by Steve Winwood, et al., to promote the pointless blues ramblings of his late teens:

Note that even the record company has tried to downplay the cover with a blurry white band regaling the "deluxe edition" that just happens to cover up the prurient details (including the freakishly phallic "model airplane")... bleh... creepy...

Well.. I really like the first four Danzig records (and I think the artwork of theses records is ok) but after he left american... Well:

(Never liked the Samhain-stuff btw.)
