I just loved the fact that at the summing up in court every week the real killer would be sitting up the back just waiting for petrosmelly to point them out!

Actually that's not all that uncommon in real life apparently. My brother (who is an actor) did some extra work on Crimewatch a while back. During the filming of the reconstruction, there was this odd bloke hanging round (like people do whenever there's filming) but odd-bloke kept muttering stuff like "that's not right," and "no it happened like that."

They nicked him and it turned out he was the guy they were looking for. One of the production staff said to my brother that it wasn't the first time the criminal had turned up to watch the reconstruction of their crime.
