yeah, i think certain people here have must email addresses which either don't respond to the HL mail server's requests, or must be on a blacklist or something
i get a couple of bounce-backs of failed emails every day or so...
they mainly seem to be bounced 'topic reply notifications' as you describe, but to be honest, i dont really check them in any detail
if you want i can have a look through some recent ones and see if your email address appears in them

I get PM notification to my inbox and the thread reply notifications go to my spam folder. Which is how I like it. So I'd agree that things seem fine Heartland's end.
Any more of that and we'll be round your front door with the quick-setting whitewash and the shaved monkey.

Go back into your profile and delete the given email address and then type in your new email address. In your profile you need to click on the boxes for your PM messages and the one with notification of topic thread or whatever the technical terms are. Save or update your profile by submitting it. Then when you are logged on within our walls and you then want notification of a certain topic thread, there's a line under the last poster and it say "Watch this topic for replies" hit that and Bob should be your uncle!psichonaut wrote:the notifications arrived at the new e-mail address, so the problem must be with Hotmail, i changed twice the e-mail address on my profile and the notifications didn't arrived.

Myspace seems to have the same trouble, so I put my finger on hysteric spam filters, and not on HL problems.
