I really really like the idea - I would be prepared to pay a premium for a holiday where a lack of chavs could be guaranteed. Not sure that doing it by name would work, though - perhaps a more thorough questionnaire could be included in the booking form:
1. Do you own any of the following: shellsuits, burberry-patterned clothing, velour leisure suits, hooded sweatshirts, kappa-branded apparel, sovs?
2. Have you ever modded a Datsun Cherry to include loud pipes, tinted windows, or a bass blaster in the boot?
3. How many Happy Shopper or Tyne Brand items do you have in your kitchen cupboard?
4. Have you ever worn a baseball cap in such a way that the peak was facing any direction other than forward?
5. How many children do you have by how many different men/women?
They should have to include a picture showing the traveler in typical work dress also.
