Their honesty does them credit but I don't know how they're expecting to sell this particular item. If at least one part of it was in decent condition then someone might buy it cheap to replace a damaged copy but every part of this is knackered! Scratched disc, broken case, torn booklet. What would you buy it for?

Full marks for optimism.
Any more of that and we'll be round your front door with the quick-setting whitewash and the shaved monkey.
