Bought a couple of shirts from this chap recently and offered to plug this for him as a favour for cutting me a good deal. The shirts I got,1991 Reptile House long sleeve and another Hot metal in a different size were in immaculate condition. They are literally as new.
With one caveat - As he says they literally have never been worn OR WASHED and after twenty years that affects the material somewhat!
If you get the shirt,be very careful the first couple of times you wash it.

Hot metal shirt on ebay
That probably explains why one of my beloved RH longsleeves self destructed on tour recently I didn't realise this could be an issue and I jsut put it down to being an uncommonly realistic looking bootleg!ribbons69 wrote:As he says they literally have never been worn OR WASHED and after twenty years that affects the material somewhat!

Aye,if you buy a shirt, even if you never plan to wear it,it's still a good idea to wash it once a year or so.
It's a common problem with what they call "deadstock" someone finds a box of shirts in a warehouse or storeroom, they've literally been there for donkeys years, never worn, never even out of the plastic bag,but they deteriorate rapidly because bacteria works on the fabric over the years.
