Thanks for posting, Pikkrong. Numan was one of the few artists who was prepared in interviews to reveal himself as a rabid Sisters fan in the 1990s and credited (and Trent Reznor amongst others) with his change of direction, but this page gives more detail about how he fell in love with the band's sound.

I saw Numan in the audience at the NEC at the Sister's gig. I was somewhat surprised.
