Anyone here read this biography by Cosey? Found it very good. Maybe not as well written as 'Just Kids' but where it didn't shine in a literary sense it certainly did in telling about a very interesting life story. Also very interesting in the conflicting versions about Throbbing Gristle and I for one would not doubt Coseys story over Gens. Specially since many people seem to back up the facts that Cosey is putting forward.
But the sheer amount of work she has done is astounding and her life certainly IS art.
Any opinions or thoughts about this book?

I've not read it but I agree that I'd rather believe Cosey than Gen. Pity that Val Denham doesn't see it like that...
The fundamental cause of the trouble is that in the modern world the stupid are cocksure while the intelligent are full of doubt.

I know basically nothing about Val. But doing a quick search I feel like I should dive deeper. Seen a bunch of the artwork.markfiend wrote:I've not read it but I agree that I'd rather believe Cosey than Gen. Pity that Val Denham doesn't see it like that...
But I'm guessing the time/work she's done with PTV might influence that bias. According to Cosey it seems a lot of people has grudges against Gen and has seen too many strange things first hand...
I do recommend the book!
