Good sound, place was rather empty, ironically they played something fast in Philly but not in Baltimore lol
I just got a long video message from a friend of mine who lives in Philadelphia. She has seen The Sisters a couple of times, last time was 2008, but she said this was the best Sisters gig she had ever been to. She was over the moon, couldn´t stop raving about it.
The Girls really seem to be on fire at the moment!
The dominant need of the needy soul is to be needed.
So much better than last year. It's no longer the Ben of Mercy with occasional grunts. Kai's vocals on Temple were superb. Both guitarists played beautifully. The Doc had the bass turned way up from last year.
Sir A's voice is back on track. He addressed the crowd twice - one Hello, one You're too kind (We're not) at the encore.
Seemed to be a lot of different arrangements too, as well as shortened versions of More, Lucretia, Temple and This Corrosion.
I had pre-emptively taken today off to recover. Squeezed in some words late last night and punched it all up this morning. I think we were all pleasantly surprised by the sound quality, turnout, Von's mood, etc... this is going to be a good tour. That said, these successes beg the question: was the gig "goodnight" or "goodbye" to North America?

I think they sound great! They're super tight, Von is in good shape & checking in, and effective new arrangements for several songs. Man I hope I'll be able to go to the LA show
