Eastwood Guitars?

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Has Von ever commented on his Eastwood endorsement? I've got one of their Sidejack baritones. Nice guitar, but I think the stock pickups are too noisy.

He's endorsing them? I wasn't aware he's endorsing anything.

These are some cool and unusual instruments though, and some interesting "replicas"...
Fireworks, Black Winds, Guns, all that lot...

Yeah, scroll on down: https://www.thesistersofmercy.com/news/livenews.html

They do make some really interesting guitars. The baritone needed no set-up right out of the box too, which was nice. I'm a sucker for weird 60's guitars, and I love that they remake them.

Very interesting!

I think I stumbled upon them when I was digging the net for some Vox Phantom replicas some time ago - which is an all time favourite of mine. In real life I have some vintage Ibanez guitars, which of course is something totally different.

Honestly I never seen or heard anything about Von using some speciific instruments other than on this one page on their site. My guess (but this is a very far stretch) is that he knows them and placed their link on the site as a nod and support. There isn't a mention from him as an Artist on the Eastwood site, though.
