IPODs

Teenage daughter has requested an Ipod for Christmas! Any suggestions on decent ones?
There seem to be so many different ones around. Price wise im not too bothered, as long as it's worth what i pay!
Daughter number 2 (10yrs) has requested a mobile camera phone, digital camera, lap top (frickin laptop ffs!) and latest Busted CD. Hah! No chance on the last one!!
Oh the joys of Christmas!

an iPod is an iPod...except if it's a mini-iPod which imho are crap...
there are of course other MP3 players, but none of them even approaches the iPod in quality (actually it's not true, there is one but I forgot which one
)

But a teenage daughter, being a teenager (and female
) might have a hissy fit unless she gets a
proper iPod.

My sister wants an iPod mini in pink
But she refuses to go anywhere near a computer because "they're sad".
If she gets what she wants this Xmas it's gonna be fun watching her trying to play cds on her iPod (as she's planning on doing)....

I just meant that (as far as i knew) you didn't HAVE to have the U2
U2 are far more like all-bran than cornflakes. Although both bow down to the mighty Shreddies. Which are kinda like Zodiac mindwarp.

I think the U2 stuff costs extra, which is lame cos it's not like I can afford the stupid ipod to begin with, you know?
