My copy is nr 44 .... it was a test pressing but looks completely the same as the ones between 1 and 40 :-)

mmm..... a test pressing numbered in extra copies of 40 ? :eek:
I had heard of unnumbered test not numbered
is handnumbered on the inserts ?
