It has the cross, it has the ROGI, it has the right size cut (I think), it even looks like the right sort of paper.

I'd bet this is an original.

Hello!

First, excuse my terrible english. I'm just a german...

I think i own a original 'damage done' -7 '', too, and i'd like to sell it.
How can i find out, it is an original? What is the meaning of "it has the ROGI" ?

You own a genuine one in my opinion...

Cuttings, small cross on the building.

I heard that some bootlegs have the correct cutting and cross.

The way to tell them apart is either the ROGI, or if the sleeve is made out of card, glossy or otherwise, sicne the originals were papery sleeves.

Anyone verify?

@ Cypherus the ROGI is the run-off groove inscription (the writing scratched onto the record around the label).
http://www.myheartland.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=5572 has the different inscriptions.

As far as I can see it, it IS an original.

Hence, not as rare as the bootlegs.

I'll give you a tenner for it.

Deal? :innocent:

Thank you for the informations!
There are the right words scratched into the run-off groove ( for spiggy, etc.), so i think the record is original.

You will find it at ebay soon...
