What's your favourite neglected Sisters song?

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Which do you (secretly) wish they'd play live?

"Torch" is simply not a good song. It's the only flaw on the otherwise magnificent Floodland cd album.
We are coming down but we will never, never land

If we want to get picky, then it's not actually from Floodland and never will be considered so :innocent:

'I Was Wrong' and 'Never Land' are hardly neglected as they were played on the last tour.
I'll settle for 'Burn' or 'Torch'.
Definately not 'Fix' though. It's s**t.

I Was Wrong, definitely. 8)

One of the first Sisters tracks I ever heard.

Fix is another good 'un...

He really needs to sing up on Neverland, I've always thought... :innocent:

Even 'Body Electric' is overlooked, but I don't particularly like it (either version), although the second one (Body And Soul EP) was better, IMHO.

The did Fix on the Wake (RAH gig) video and I don't think there was even any guitar - Just Andy, and Craig on bass. Is this right?
.... there is no semblance of rock 'n roll around here!

Burn for me too, it was a great intro on the Black October tour. Especially the Nottingham date

I do have a soft spot for Adrenochrome on the old bootlegs too. Am I the only one who shouts MARX at the relevant point in the song?
Give me one good reason

Note the spacing between the R and L.
Never thought about that. Never land as in "I ain't coming down" perhaps?

From the list, the mighty Adrenochrome.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

My officially purchased CDs and Vinyl all have the space  :P Check various places on the cassette and sleeve, different places: different fonts might make it show up easier

yes.
Well I was handsome and I was strong
And I knew the words to every song.
"Did my singing please you?"
"No! The words you sang were wrong!"
