It's occurred to me that there are quite a few readily available (ie NOT obscure b-sides) Sisters tracks which are never played live, or even discussed. This seems strange to me, for a band with a slim body of work and a great many obsessive fans (ie us lot )
I've personally always had a soft spot for 'Never Land' and 'Torch'. in fact, they are definately two of my favourite Sisters songs.
So which is your favourite 'lost' track?
What's your favourite neglected Sisters song?

'Torch' man myself. Always have been; always will be.
Big moments in my life.

Lit your corridors of desire ..."

Loki was never worshiped as the other Gods,

Torch, it was the song that made me a fan of the Sisters.
The first time I heard Torch it sent shivers down my spine and made the hair on the back of my neck stand up.
It's one of my all time favourite songs.

Burn for me too...
Just cannot get enough of that song...
It's a shame they cannot do the reverse part live, though

It's weird, the backwards part almost sounds like they say "...sing the wrong song, I sing the.." at one point.Obviousman wrote:Burn for me too...

I can hear words in it sometimes too. It's like the back-masking Judas Priest thing though; the human brain is very good at picking out patterns... even when there's no pattern to pick out. Like the audio equivalent to a Rorshach ink-blot

Yeah, they may have been played live a few times many moons ago, but they have now been kinda forgotten about by Von and his cronies (that's what I meant when I called them 'neglected').Dark wrote:... All the others have been played live already anyway.

I found the eminent "Lights" has been reprehensibly neglected live since 20 years.

the version of Neverland (a fragment) on the Smoke And Mirrors at The Forum DVD is a killer

I'm seriously curious as to how that would sound live.

hal's site is way more useful for that sort of stuff than the tours site... not that the tours site isnt bloody good, but hal's motives are different so his archive is more complete.

i reckon hal's site should be inroporated into the official sisters site's gigography
