i'm guessing that the guy with the btopenwound homepage not only exceeded his website storage limits but probably also got told off for having mpgs on his site....

most free homepage providers automatically delete zips, exes, mpgs, etc from their servers to prevent copyright infringements/piracy/porn/etc.
