Only three so far,
1990 Wembley Arena, was quite a good gig sound-wise but I got well p!ssed off cos some cnut in fron of me held his arm up all through the gig, obviously taping it (I hope the quality was SH!T!) As if it wasn't bad enough being seated in the back section miles from the action!
1997 Brixton Academy, sound was great, I was in great company and had a great ninght but the Academy is one of my favourite venues.
2006 UEA Narrichh, small but fantastic venue, a little too pissed, danced (read p!ssed bobbing!) through most of the set and had a fantastic time. There were a few songs I didn't recognise but overall, to be in the live experience again was excellent!
Just looking forward to a new album and tour!

His 100th was a few years ago now I think. It must be great - 150+ gigs he must have saved a lot of money. Perhaps now he's independently wealthy
not hell but purgatory - after all it was worthy every bloody pennySINsister wrote:I was really just taking the p1ss, man - but it would've been cool to meet you, I'm sure. Sorry to hear that you went through hell to attend those shows! Damn.

Actually, I'm wondering that, myself. He's a bit of a legendary figure on the Dominion list - one of the old guard, if I'm not mistaken...robertzombie wrote:Is this Speedy Dave fella a H'Lander?

They were by far the best band I have seen in years. I was fortunate to be in London on the day. It should have lasted hours and hoursObviousman wrote:As did Iradiojamaica wrote:And what did y'all think of the show?eldorado69 wrote:I saw Speedy Dave recently with James Ray at the Young Gods gig in Camden.
