there was one copy, sitting up on the top shelf behind the counter in the old Eastern Bloc, before Madchester arrived [88-89?], i didn't even see it - too busy looking at Smiths fanzines. i collect DD and BE because over the year I got lucky and found them with people who just didn't love them anymore
I know Robin has a couple of 'm too. He does have (or had) the acetates AFAIK. He was also co-writer for an article in a vinyl collectors book. Acetates are test pressings of the record before they go into production. They are pretty fragile and only good for a few plays. I think I'm right with this!
