Maar hij is zo ontspoord in de drugs dat ik vreesde dat hij mijn huis zou leeghalen of mijn kinderen zou verkrachten. Als we later dan toch nog eens afspraken, was het altijd spannend in welke staat ik hem zou treffen. Dan kwam ik de lobby van zijn hotel binnen, hoorde 'm de vraag van de ober wat hij wilde drinken beantwoorden met 'something green', en wist meteen dat die avond niks werd (lacht)"

When we had the odd meeting after that, it was always very exciting to anticipate what condition he'd be in. I used to walk into the lobby of his hotel, heard him answer the waiter's question 'bout what he fancied with 'something green', and I immediately knew the evening was ruined (laughs)"
