This was when Italy wasn't signatory to the trades marks/copyright acts (or at least didn't enforce them particularly) wasn't it? So really this isn't officially sanctioned and so they are unofficial - after all they include reprints of press articles and have two live tracks, which would hardly be allowed by AE et al.taylor wrote:@The Life booklet isn't official. Is it?
Yes official released in Italy Siae (Bpi/Riaa)
Agreed on both points though I must say they look too different from the ones I have seen. So my first reaction is fake indeed my second thought is that I am not quite sure.markfiend wrote:He does.cardoman wrote:He never signs with Andrew...
I don't think these are necessarily fake. I've seen signed bootlegs before for instance.
No, copyright lasts much longer than that! Copyright on songs lasts until 70 years after the deaths of all the writers. At the time Life was released, it may only have been 50 years, and the duration may have been slightly different in Italy, but the songs were certainly still within copyright. Errol Brown's still alive for starters.taylor wrote:the 2 songs was 2 cover version more old than 15 years so feel free of royality.

I am quite sure he has signed with Andrew in the past. I have one
A. Eldritch and an Andrew Eldritch.
It is also very vertical, to be pedantic. Also the curve at the top and base of the "E" is very different from these pics.markfiend wrote:The sig reproduced in SGWBM has 'Andrew'...
