More songs that have an effect on me:
Scorpions, Still Loving You & Holliday & Wind Of Change
Elend, anything by them
The effect is that these songs make me want to throw up..

The Zoo is a damn fine piece of rock, I don't really mind the Scorps.

I still have a World Wide Live cassette tape here that I play quite often...James Blast wrote:The Zoo is a damn fine piece of rock, I don't really mind the Scorps.
"Still loving you" and "Winds of Change" are commercial ballads, but "Rock you Like A Hurricane" for ex. is a nice stomping stadium rock song!

Skinny Puppy - The Killing Game makes me at the same time..
That's a good 'un. Pity the rest of that LP is a bit iffy. The live version of Hexonxonx on The Greater Wrong DVD is a good enjoyable romp too.xfloorshowx wrote:Skinny Puppy - The Killing Game makes me at the same time..
Ummmm....
Hawkwind - Assault and Battery.
Never fails to get me butt moving.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

Herewith I pull back from any sort of comeraderie insinuated through Megadeth in the other thread with you two guys of questionable music taste.

Just stick on "Wake Up Dead" or "Peace Sells" in my vicinity and witness. You won't WANT to watch, but you won't be able to look away...

At least you still have long hair to bang head with
I have hair to headbang with as well. I just have to clean out the closet to find that cut-off ponytail and glue it back on...

Listening to our local fm station last night, they have an excellent 3 hour show, which always gives goiod noise on the way to the chinese takeaway...
Last night it was Everybody's On Top of the Pops by the Rezzillo's, No More Heroes by the Stranglers, followed by California Uber Alles by the Dead Kennedys. (sorry if I got exact titles wrong).
I defy anyone not to smile like a numpty after that trio...
I'm still grinning 14 hours later.
